The distinctive indie pop sound of Brisbane band Sheppard will reverberate throughout the Sunshine Coast Turf Club at the Hot 91.1 Ladies Oaks Day.
The vibrant six-piece have taken the industry by storm, gaining an international following with their powerful and punchy sound combined with big vocals.
They exploded onto the scene in 2014 with their debut studio album Bombs Away and their second single Geronimo spent three weeks at number one and was certified five times platinum. They also supported Justin Bieber on the Australian and New Zealand legs of his world tour.
They are back with a bang this year, with the pending release of their next album Watching the Sky, which features the hit single Coming Home.
Check out Sheppard at the Hot 91.1 Ladies Oaks Day on June 1. Thousands of racegoers are expected to turn out for the event, which will double as a fundraiser for The James Ackerman Legacy charity.
Ladies Oaks Day is proudly supported by My Weekly Preview.
